This is the Serie of my paintings dedicated to Homer’s “The Iliad” and “The Odyssey”. Inspired by Cy Twombly’s “Fifty Days at Iliam” and works by Cy Twombly in Philadelphia Art Museum.
Original paintings. Oil, acrylic, cold wax medium on canvas are materials use for these artworks. The master-quality material has been used. Using oil over the acrylic technique allows achieving the brightness of colors and richness of texture. Edges of the painting are covered with archival white linen tape. No need for framing. It is ready to hang. Signed on the back.
