My art is influenced by Jazz and Blues, I call the art “Composing with Color”. Everyone hears music differently. The way we perceive it is shaped by our taste, emotions, situations and personalities. I have attempted to have music take on physical colors as it travels through air. My canvas is the manuscript which the notes are painted. My ideal vision is to create a world in colors as Thelonious Monk created in a world of sound.
