Philadelphia-based self-taught artist Pauline Okito Brown works with a range of materials, often found in Nature with strong Industrial accents, to create captivating Mixed-Media art. Charcoal and Jewelry making are also part of her artistic repertoire.
Texture is a major inspiration of her often abstract, organic works. Pauline’s Paintings range from small-scale pieces but primarily large breath-taking works, full of life, color, and texture. Her creative techniques allow the viewer to experience Mixed-Media art in unlimited variations. Pauline has participated and been featured in fine art shows across the nation and will be taking her work abroad in the near future
