Jim Pescott lives and creates in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He's a landscape painter with a deep passion for a contemporary pointillism style he taught himself. Jim's work exhibits internationally including the Salon 2011 and Salon 2012 held by the Societe Nationale des Beaux-Art at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris, France. Recently, Vivid Art Network and ARTtour International Magazine jointly presented Jim an award recognizing his "excellence in the arts and outstanding career acheivement. About his work, Jim shares, "Everything on this earth is connected: nothing is solitary. Pointillism allows me to explore this endlessly".
