'MINEFIELD 1'.
This first in a series of three large scale charcoal drawings has been my personal approach to this strange situation we are all in. I have felt compelled to produce this work, desperately trying to make sense of how i feel and possibly how others feel. The outside is full of potential harm to us, in the air, in the water and contaminated by touch. For me this is what it looks like, a minefield, waiting to be triggered. Touch has become a dangerous and precarious thing.
