The "Bio-Dome" Series
"Bio-Dome" is a series of large installations in which I am working to cultivate different environments reminiscent of those that already exist in the world we live in, but only with an emphasis on the idea of that environment becoming more extrinsic as human beings become more and more submerged in their modern landscapes/technologies. Bio-Dome replicates the exoteric condition of our once intimate environment through the display of different 'scapes' as plastic, synthetic,or alien, and explores notions of turf, terrain, and place.
