Pagratis Pagratidis was born in Kavala, Greece, in December 1965. A musician at first, a sound engineer later, he has had a 27-year career in the two fields.

He has always been taking pictures but since 2000 he has started to immerse himself deeper and deeper into the world of photography, and it has become a true passion, a way of life.

In the summer of 2009 he decided to enter the art gallery world, after having studied with renowned Greek photographer Platon Rivellis in an 8-month seminar on art photography.

In August 2009 he participated in a group exhibition and then he found himself showing his work 6 times in a 1-year period, including (and most importantly) in ART ATHINA 2010.
