Jason Levi

I am Italian photographer raised in the United States and now living in the Phoenix area of Arizona. My work consists of dramatic Fine Art Photography consisting of landscapes and nature photography for Interior/Home use in residences, business as well as for Interior Designers. In July, 2015 I was part of a digital photographic exhibit at the Louvre Museum in Paris, and featured in the Nature Collection, a coffee table photography book. I am also included in the Photographer's Forum Magazine coffee table book, Best of Photography 2015, 2016m 2017.
I started out as a commercial photographer in Barcelona and Rome as well portrait work. I was the official photographer for the Duke and Duchess of Cadiz, of the Spanish royal family for a two years before returning to the United States on a permanent basis.
Living in the Southwest offers me the opportunity to travel throughout one of the most photogenic areas of the country, Grand Canyon, Bryce National Park, Yellowstone, Yosemite, etc.

LANDSCAPES & BEYOND

The portfolio represents my dramatic landscapes, cityscapes and seascapes. All these images are printed on canvas (12"x16" to 30"x40"}, Metal (15"20" to 24"36") and Acrylic.

THE MAZE “THE MAZE”

One of the many passageways in the Upper Antelope Canyon in northern Arizona. The light is produced by the narrow beams of light that pierce the opening on the surface and then reflect off the sandstone particles that float in the air of the canyon.

CANYON DE CHELLY “CANYON DE CHELLY”

The canyon is located in northeastern Arizona on the Navajo Indian Nation Reservation. It is considered sacred by the Navajoes and only 40 families live in the canyon without running water or electricity.

The Grand Teton National Park is youngest mountain range in the continental United States is located in northwest Wyoming. The peak in the center is the Grand Teton.

NIGHT IN DEATH VALLEY “NIGHT IN DEATH VALLEY”

This is the area of Badwater and lowest point in the continental United States. Located in the infamous Death Valley daytime summer temperatures can soar to 125 degrees.

THE PALOUSE “THE PALOUSE”

The Palouse is large agricultural span that extends in Washington State and Idaho. Famous for the different colors produced by the various legumes grown in the area.

THE GHOST “THE GHOST”

A beam of light entering the Upper Antelope Canyon as if bounces off the sandstone particles suspended in the air.

SNAKE RIVER OVERLOOK:1942 “SNAKE RIVER OVERLOOK:1942”

This image was made as a tribute to the great American photographer, Ansel Adams, who in 1942 visited the Snake River at the base of the Grand Tetons mountains. The image depicts the geography of the area as it looked ion 1942. Today, vegetation and trees block a great deal of the river.

RED CANYON “RED CANYON ”

A landmark in north central Wyoming famous for the red soil the gives the canyon its name.

THE TREE “THE TREE”

Growing out of cliff in the most northwest point of the continental United States, Cape Flatter, the lone tree featured in the image makes for an interesting view.
