Bayberry L Shah

Bayberry showed promise as an artist from an early age and won awards including a regional art contest for her painting. However, she focused on music performance for undergraduate studies and played in the symphony. She then obtained her Master's Degree in International Marketing. While living in New York, Bayberry became active in local art groups and craft fairs.

Bayberry found a new avenue for her creative energies by using her photography to capture macro shots of flowers and then choosing the best for painting. She has collected thousands of photographs of unique flowers while traveling to over 40 countries and has selected the most worthy to recreate in paint. This reignited her love of painting and she has since been actively expanding her portfolio and participating in juried local, national and international art events. Her series of floral paintings was exhibited in one-woman shows at the Atlanta & Memphis Botanical Gardens.
