Artist Statement – Shannon Crandall
Layers, textures, mark making, vibrant colors and whimsical imagery play center stage in my mixed media creations. My vivid imagination and intuition are the driving forces behind my art. I never know where the journey will lead, but I am always open and willing to go to wherever the process takes me. By working in this manner, I am able to create works that express my inner joy and playfulness.
