Mira DeMartino, Awarded Sculptor, creates empowerment through sculptures she calls “Artfirmations". Like affirmations in words, these sculptures are meant to be a self-empowering tool.
A decade ago Mira developed her own technique of sculpting AlumixArt™ Mixed Media, which consists mostly of aluminum. Using this technique, she explores the area of modern spirituality. She challenges the viewers to connect with their potential of self-empowerment trough art. Mira has a Masters in painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk, Poland and an MBA from University of Strathclyde Glasgow, Scotland. Her artwork can be found in private collections in Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Singapore and the United States.
