Duane Hammond

I'm a New Hampshire native and a Buckingham Scholarship recipient with a degree in Graphic Design from the Museum School of Fine Arts, Boston, 1964.
For over 40 years I owned and operated Hammond Design Associates, Inc., a graphic design studio producing award-winning graphics for a variety of clients, both nationally and internationally. Today I paint pastels, have won many awards. I'm the founder of a thematic line of products related to the painting of humorous and satirical images of pigs engaged in human-like activities and situations. The product line is named and registered for on line sales: www.pigsinapoke.com. I also do pastel paintings covering a wide range of subjects including landscapes, seascapes, cityscapes and any subjects that interest me. Many of my paintings are atmospherics where weather and/or lighting create a mood, drama or both.
