BIOGRAPHY

My name is Stavri Perikleous and was born in 1958 in the capital town of Cyprus Nicosia. I am painting since my childhood.
• I am a holder of the title of MA IN FINE ART from the British University of Northampton.
• I am a holder from the ASCENTIS National Awarding Body at the Cyprus College of Art:
• POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA IN FINE ART (CIPRIS)
• Post 16 Teaching (Art and Design) Planning and Delivery.
• Preliminary Award in Teaching Experience
I have been taught from very well known Cypriot and foreign Artists such us: Stass Parashos, by Costas Economou the technique of cement relief art, Andreas Efstathiou, Anna Georgiou, The Sculptor Kikis Patsalos, and Phill Bird.
I am the only Cypriot selected to represent my country by two paintings at the ART MUSEUM CHIANCHIANO BEINNALE in Tuscany Italy.
I have been awarded by the First Prize in a pancyprian art exhibition organized by Cyprus Chamber of Fine Art in Limassol. My painting is now being exhibited at the Limassol Municipality Hall.
One of my paintings took part in a pancyprian exhibition and is in the latest publication of 50 Years of Cypriot Visual Creations edition.
I presented two solo exhibitions and took part in many group ones.
My Art Work is presented in personal and state collections here and abroad.
