Carson Kapp draws upon her life experience to create exuberant and spirited mixed media works that emphasize dynamic movement.
Kapp’s passion for art began at Tulane University, where she earned a Master of Architecture degree and fulfilled the examination and internship required to become a registered Architect. Her design process builds upon her knowledge of the history of art and architecture, and is inspired by the perennial charm of the Big Easy.
Kapp’s current work captures the spontaneity and emotion of life, and marries the linear and the curvilinear.
