"The house of the sleeping beauties" by Yasunari Kawabata, is the short story that inspired this portfolio. A special kind of date house, old men pay to sleep with beautiful and naked women. They may not disgraced them, otherwise the may not come back. The main character inner fight between right and wrong. Temptations and resisting them. Mix media, watercolor, ink, markers on paper and on paper canvas.
"Enjoy life!" is the name of this portfolio inspired by my everyday life: kids, weekends, family life, etc. Tiny pieces of life make a whole. Memories worth remembering. Enjoy life as you make it happen. Enjoy life with the little things. Enjoy life's simplicities. Enjoy life's complications. Enjoy life of deciding. Enjoy life of everything and nothing. Enjoy life as it comes. Enjoy lives as it goes. Enjoy life's curiosities. Enjoy life to the fullest.
