Jichi Nagae

Born in Shizuoka Prefecture in 1929, Jichi Nagae is a Japanese-style painter. Engaging each time in a thorough exploration of the motifs in her works, Nagae's aim is to not life her brush until she is satisfied. Having great respect for Japanese culture, she strives, through her artistry, to create pieces which will convey this belief to as wide an audience as possible. Nagae shows actively with a focus on group exhibitions.
