Born in France, Mireille Beaufremez has been living in Australia for many years. Her practice of art covers different types of media, including digital art, pencil, ink, watercolour and collage, often blending these media together.
Has completed Certificate IV of Interactive Digital Media at Chisholm Institute Dandenong in 2009
Her created digital work originates either from a photographic base that is de-structured then restructured to form a complete new visual work, or from a drawing or collage or painted image that is then digitalised and transformed. The bases of the works, photography / drawing/ collage/ painting, are exclusively created by the artist. Her work is mainly dedicated to the energies in Nature, as experienced by the artist.
