During the year 2022-24, I mainly painted with acrylic spray on canvas and wood panel and as needed I add mediums and gold leaf , which makes them mix media. I paint imaginary landscapes where migratory birds fly to another country. More recently, as I am about to leave the countryside to live in downtown Quebec city where I have my studio,I painted more urban and less colorful works. I don't follow any trends and I always paint unique and very personal works. By the end of 2023 I had oil to my paintings and renewed with figurative in a mix of abstract and figurative.

Oeuvre créée avec le thème «Dormance et cycle de la création». J'ai symboliquement peint le parallèle entre le cycle de la nature en dormance et le cycle de l'artiste alors que sa créativité est dans une phase de dormance avant d'émerger. La graine représente la nature, la dormeuse l'artiste et la sinusoïde et ses couleurs de vert, rouge et or illustrent les cycles de la nature et de la vie ainsi que l'or du sacré. Nuage et neige se confondent ainsi que glace et eau. Les racines de la semence infiltrent la terre et s'abreuvent alors que l'artiste puise dans le rêve. La lumière éclaire et réchauffe l'artiste et la semence qui peut faire émerger le germe de la création.
Work created with the theme "Dormance and cycle of creation". I symbolically painted the parallel between the cycle of dormant nature and the cycle of the artist while his creativity is in a phase of dormancy before emerging. The seed represents nature, the sleeper the artist and the sinusoid and its colors of green, red and gold illustrate the cycles of nature and life as well as the gold of the sacred. Cloud and snow merge as well as ice and water. The roots of the seed infiltrate the earth and drink as the artist draws from the dream. Light illuminates and warms the artist and the seed that can bring forth the germ of creation.

Oeuvre d'art unique, une abstraction qui intègre un visage! oeuvre créée sur une toile montée recyclée. Des couleurs vives dont un rose fluo alternant avec un turquoise, du blanc du noir et de l'or. Des techniques mixtes, d'empâtements et collages sous jacent, un transfert d'image de la photographie d'une de mes oeuvres (portrait), de l'acrylique sur mouillé, de l'acrylique en aérosol et des pochoirs. Textures, lignes, formes, profondeur, valeur, couleurs... tout est en place pour cette composition.
