Barrie Dale is a self-taught artist and photographer. Through twenty-five years of hand-weeding, he has converted a large patch of waste ground into a wildflower meadow, and now regards that as his studio.

All photographs are entirely natural. There is no artificial lighting, and no digital manipulation.
