I have always been fascinated by India - the people, their history, culture, architecture, occupations, and poverty. A seven-day trip on the government-run "Palace on Wheels" train was truly an unforgettable adventure.
Traveling through the cities of Rajasthan in northern India, I explored ancient forts, Hindu temples, and maharaja palaces, while speaking with and learning about the hard-working inhabitants of this spellbinding land. Lost in the lens of my camera, I was able to focus on people and places in an honest visceral way, preserving treasured moments to share with others.
