Aleksandra Pomorisac as an Abstract Artist has cultivated a strong interest in Contemporary Art. With a specific focus on emotional presentation and the interplay with her deepest self. Her abstract artworks translate emotion into colours always been inspired by the Nature, impressions from Nature.

Her visual style can be recognized as emotional visualization.
She uses acrylic and mixed medium for painting. Occasionally paints with pastels.
Some of her recent art exhibitions were held in Ljubljana & Trieste (Art expo), Venice, Paris, London, Milano.. 
She graduated at the Visual communicaton Program at the Gibbs College in Boston, USA 2000.
After returning to Europe, she currently lives and works in Pula, Croatia running her own Art Gallery Art Shop Nova. 

After the past decade she embraced every opportunity to study and personaly explored the Art Therapy process. Her intentions on this is to engage the viewer in the therapeutic process exploring theirs and hers deep emotions.

Sequences of the Sea series

This series of large scale frameless paintings were created in time periods from2020 to 2023.
They are the presentation of beauty of the Sea and artist connection with the Seascape scene. Painted in acrylic technique on linen and cotton primed Canvas artist has chose to paint on unstreched canvas, living the ends of the paintings as they are.. Explaining that the sides of the canvas are also the parts of the whole picture, endless sea that can not be captured into closed frames.
