Artist Bio




Born and raised in South Central Los Angeles. Son of a notable and prolific artist, Kabu MBII. This two time combat medal achieving US Army veteran returned home after his military career in pursuit of a professional art career. Zero utilizes the plastic arts as a healing practice as the primary means for integrating his PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) into his passion for painting. Zero’s paintings initiate meaningful interaction with his audience, purposefully measured for value beyond one's first viewing experience. 

L.A. gave him the grit and gift of urban style, his father gave the gift of painting, the army experience of service and humanity. Zero Bey is a contemporary emergent artist, content curator, media influencer. Zero is a “post-contemporary” American painter.
