SHIKO TSUKAZAKI

Location: Japan

Born in Oita Prefecture in 1961, ShikoTsukazaki uses a technique he calls tensho-ga, which involves cutting fine designs in black-painted acrylic panels with needles, to build up the form of an image and then colors it.
