Delsy Rubio born in Venezuela
1979-1985 School of Visual Arts Julio Arraga in Maracaibo, Venezuela, degree: Plastic Expression Drawing Mention, Painting and Graphic Arts. Proposal in contemporary art is based on volume in mdf with digital router and lacquering acrylic that show its forms under light. She is member of the Sociedad de Amigos del Centro de Arte de Maracaibo "Lía Bermúdez" CAMLB.
