My passion, since the third grade has been to become a hairstylist, so I went to a high school that offered cosmetology, and when I graduated in 1976I had my licensed and was able to pursue my life's dream later in life, not much later, I discovered that what I do is an art form so I thought, why not make art with the hair? So I started collecting hair clippings from my clients in an envelope with a name and a date I have rows and rows of envelopes and the color palette is black Brown, red, gold Grays and white.  I know each client when I look at my piece.It's about our lives together, our connection, our legacy and my passion.I call this my hair story because it's a story told with hair about a fifty year connection with people whose lives has touched my life.
