Ibragim was born in Dagestan in 1954.

He studied at th Art School and then the Art College in Vladikavkaz

1984-87 studied at the I. Repin St. Petersburg State Academy Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture

Graduated from Surikov Moscow State Academic Art Institute in 1989.

Member of Moscow Union of Artists since 1999
