My
passion for photography began in 1986 after an accident claimed the
life of my son. I signed up for a  class we had planned
to take together. For 10 years photography was a weekend hobby.  In 1995 I retired from my teaching job to begin a second career as a
writer/photographer. I had numerous articles and photos published in
Oregon Coast magazine. My first national photo sale came when Outdoor
Photographer magazine selected photos for publication. That was
followed by acceptance in the year 2000 Inner Reflection calendar. A
few years later I signed on with AGEfotostock, an international phot stock agency in Barcelona, Spain, where my photos were sold in 36
countries. In 1997 I teamed up with a professional nature
photographer from Seattle. We led workshops on the Oregon coast and scenic locations and national parks in the western
United States. My photos are currently marketed by
danitadelimont.com, a national photo stock agency located in Bellevue,
Washington. I am now semi-retired, enjoying my new passion creating
unique art images in Photoshop.
