I grew up in Milan, Italy one of the world’s most inspirational artistic centers.
I attended the Institute Europe di Design in the center of Milan that helped shape and focus his passion and talent for great art design and photography. I started working with my mentor photographer Herb Ritts who brought me to the USA where i worked from 1987 to 1989.
I'm Los Angeles based and works with such talent and celebrities across the world such as Nicolas Cage, Kylie Minogue, Tatjana Patitz, Carrie Otis, Cindy Crawford, Mickey Rourke, Matt Le Blanc and Heather Graham. His work has graced the pages & covers of Vogue, Elle & GQ. Marco is a multi award winning photographer for several campaigns for Pantene, Addidas and The Australian Red Cross. Other clients include, Schwartzkopf, Neutrogena & Clairol.
After 25 years working as a photographer, In 2017 i found my true passion in producing Mixed Media Art works fusing historic pop imagery, a hybrid of photography, pop art and graffiti with an inspired commentary of the world.
Working primarily with acrylic paints, layers of stenciled images, photography, words and screen printing, gold foil, plaster, my compositions are emblematic of a graffiti wall inundated with 20th century iconography. Words and lyrics cascade from the artworks that invoke a time capsule of the 20th century icons and artist such as Obama, Jimi Hendrix, Prince and David Bowie, Lady Gaga, Tom Hardy, Sophia Loren. All artworks are on heavy canvas 72”x48”-36"X48" and are signed by me. Archival quality photo prints available size from 12”x18” to 18”x 24” & 24”x 36”

“My Tribute to Jack Nicholson”
Tribute to Jack Nicholson, mixed media 72"x48"x2"on 13oz canvas.
I worked with Jack Nicolson along with Herb Ritts for the Batman movie poster and marketing in London
at The Pinewood studios. I was already a big fan of his acting in films such as Easy Rider, China Town,
The Shining and One Flew over the Cuckoos Nest.
After meeting Nicolson on several occasions socially and for work it ust confirmed to me what an
inspirational and charismatic man he truly is.
His ability to charm everyone with his incredible wit, Nicolson stands out as one of the most talented
actors of our time.
From his gritty films to his tender portrayals he stayed true to his passionate love of acting. I hoped to
capture Nicolson’s vibrant nature with imagery, quotes and an energetic usage of color. He has inspired
with his immense body of work and his ability to treat all equally. The fact he remembered my name a
year after working with him was a bonus for me.
