Born and raised in Bklyn, NY. Exposed to art at the age of eight taking a few classes in the basement of a brownstone. Next step was HS were I applied, submitted a handmade portfolio & accepted to the HS of Art in Design in NYC. Time was of essence as art would not be my chosen path. Fast forward, 22yrs on Wall Street & 20yrs in the energy business in Houston, TX. Retired last 2 yrs and reinventing myself as an artist the last 5yrs I have ventured back into my passion for art. Self-teaching myself with abstract art, sculpting, fabric and fumage (soot).
