Feathers

My second wife was dying and one of her daughters brought in a feather and thought it was significant. I was about half finished with Feathers and brought it out to show the family and they were astonished. My wife did pass away and several years later I received a National Judges award for the painting. I have married once again to a wonderful lady. when she moved in she choose Feathers and another National award I had won to be showcased in our home. She did not know about the awards when she choose them.
