I have been painting on silk since 2001, creating wall art and wearable art. My work on silk is primarily inspired by the beauty of nature. I have a particular love for painting horses. I employ a variety of techniques to create my silk art, many self-taught. The most commonly known method I use is the Serti technique.  


I have been showing in the same Gallery over 15 years. I also sell mostly wearable art at local art shows about 5 times a year. I have entered my artwork in juried shows and received many awards. The most notable first place with the National Capitol orchid society and a first place with Silk painters International.
