Igor Nelubovich was born in 1948 in Gorkiy (Nizniy Novgorod) and lives in Saint Petersburg.
He studied in Gorki art school and architectural faculty of Construction institute in Gorkiy.
He has had solo exhibitions in the Russia, Switzerland and Germany and group participations in Russia and USA. He participated in an exhibition of Modern Russian art in the Agora gallery in New York in 2011.
His Works belong to private and public collections in many countries.
He is a member of the Union of Artists of Russia.
