My artistic practice explores the intersection of painting and sculpture, focusing on the transformation of represented space into physical space.
Beginning with painted perspectives, architectural fragments, and compositional structures, I extract selected elements from the image and reconstruct them as three-dimensional extensions. In this process, the frame no longer serves as a simple boundary; instead, it becomes an integral part of the artwork, interacting with and expanding the perspectival dynamics of the painting.
Vanishing lines, volumes, and architectural details emerge from the pictorial surface and extend into real space, creating a continuous dialogue between illusion and material presence, image and object.
An important aspect of my work is the use of found materials, reclaimed objects, discarded elements, and natural components such as branches, bark, and other organic fragments. By incorporating these materials into the structure of the artwork, I connect the painted image to tangible reality, allowing each piece to carry traces of both human intervention and natural processes.
Through the integration of painting, relief, and sculpture, my work investigates the boundary between representation and physical reality, creating hybrid forms that invite viewers to experience the image not as an illusion, but as a concrete spatial presence.
