Location: Finland

Helsinki in Finland is my home town. Nowadays I do paintings,
but I also like to use different materials. First I graduated textile artist, then studied at Helsinki University and graduated MA. Later I continued fine art studies, also developed special methods, like relief painting, and according the prehistoric way to make pictures: painting with bloodwater and pure pigments.

I have arranged solo exhibitions from year 2000 in Finland, Germany and France, and participated in collective
exhibitions in Finland, France, Italy, Japan, Portugal, Sweden and USA. In Italy "1a Biennale Internationale Arte di Palermo", and in France "Triennale Internationale d'Art Contemporain de Paris" have invited my works to exhibit. "World Wide Artbooks" has selected my paintings to the publication "International Contemporary Masters" and to "International Contemporary Masters Exhibition" in Southern Nevada Museum of Fine Art. My paintings are in public and privat collections in Finland, Austria, Egypt, France, Germany, Malta, Portugal and USA.

Impressions of nature, colours and lights are in focus of my art. This is the secret garden of life, where sometimes features of figures may appear, often bringing symbolic content to the painting.
