A Milwaukee, Wisconsin native, Patrice Herbst has called the nearby artistic community of Cedarburg home for over 40 years. Her work has received enormous response and wins constant acclaim for its depth, richness and her innovative approach to materials.

Enjoying the challenge of being completely self-taught, Patrice has worked successfully in a wide range of mediums including oils, acrylics, watercolor, colored pencil, metal-point, charcoal, pastel, ink and mixed media. During this time she has worked in figurative, realism and abstract styles.
