Tarrasó is a self-taught painter.

Antonio Perez Tarrasó, born in Gaianes (Alicante) in 1946. His stage name, and by which it is known in the Fine Arts is by his surname Tarrasó.

At 17, he joined the School of Fine Arts in Alcoy (Alicante) where he received his first painting lessons.

At this stage of learning receives several commissioned works, some of them to the Church of St. James the Apostle in Gaianes, religious themes.

Turn in this first stage, the workshop with renowned painters as Pepe Vila, Senabre, among others, which improves their learning and study.

Started his professional career making busts and drawings on request. Perfecting the beautiful naked figures.

His career develops fully mature at 30 years old, where his works are now part of collectors from all over Spain.

Currently performs custom painting, highlighting its beautiful fruit still lifes, landscapes and everyday scenes of classic nineteenth century.

Tarrasó es un pintor autodidacta.

Antonio Pérez Tarrasó, nace en Gaianes (Alicante) en 1946. Su nombre artístico y por el que se le conoce en las Bellas Artes es por su apellido Tarrasó.

A los 17 años ingresa en la Escuela de Bellas Artes en Alcoy (Alicante) donde recibe sus primeras lecciones de pintura.

En esta etapa de aprendizaje recibe diversos encargos de obras, algunos de ellos para la Iglesia de San Jaume Apòstol en Gaianes, de temática religiosa.

Acude en esta primera etapa, al taller de pintores con renombre como Pepe Vila, Senabre, entre otros, donde perfecciona su aprendizaje y estudio.

Empieza ya su carrera profesional realizando bustos y dibujos por encargo. Perfeccionando las preciosas figuras de desnudos.

Su carrera plenamente madura se desarrolla a los 30 años de edad, donde sus obras forman ya parte de coleccionistas de toda España.

En la actualidad realiza pintura por encargo, destacando sus magníficos bodegones frutales, paisajes clásicos y escenas cotidianas del S.XIX.
