My first impression of art was when my mother sat me down when I was 3 and told me to be still as she painted a portrait of me . Now to sit still as a child at this age is very hard and this where I learned patience and how long it takes time to make a painting , and then I couldn't touch it until it was dry. I knew from this age that I wanted to become a painter.After H.S.I studied art 101 and then they said ok go and create. I knew this would take time to be good enough to make a living so I went into dentistry and painted in my spare time. 50 years later I'm starting to get the hang of it .
