Painter and art educator (emeritus) Bob Nunn is a pioneer Deep Ellum artist. A native of Dallas, Bob has taught more than 42 years at all levels, recently retiring from North Lake College in Irving, Texas after 25 years. His paintings and drawings have been exhibited locally, regionally and nationally, garnering numerous awards. He was also honored to have his work selected for exhibition for the inauguration of the Dallas Museum of Art. His two most recent paintings are commission pieces, created for Dallas' new convention center hotel, the Omni.
