I was born in Warsaw, Poland. Since small boy I always has natural ability to create different projects involving wood this hobby become my passion to work with wood and as a adult direct me to choose working as a finish carpenter and custom cabinets builder, thru years I develop ability to be professional and successful tradesman with strong technical and artistic skills build on over 25 years of experience.
Over this time when I started to learn this trade back in Poland and continue work as a finish carpenter in Toronto from 1989 when I came to Canada I discover the art of Marquetry or In-lay .Fact working with wood helps me to develop and learn skill of knife cutting technique witch I using to make my patterns and compositions made from different wood veneers and Marquetry become my passion. I prefer to use strong colors as a contrast, and as a background I use veneers with nice and intrigue veins. I try to make my art as close as possible to the real images I have inspire .
