He has participated in numerous exhibitions in Yemen and abroad, including in China, the UK, France, Egypt, Kuwait, Lithuania, Italy, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Jordan, and the United States. He has received nine local and international awards, including the Best Arab Artist Award in London 2016, and has held five solo exhibitions. His works are part of notable museum and institutional collections. He currently resides in New York, where he continues his artistic and educational work, believing that art is a “spiritual act of resistance.”
