My artistic journey is a heartfelt exploration of identity, profoundly shaped by my roots in the vibrant tapestry of New Orleans. Growing up amidst the rich cultural influences and stories of my ancestors, one of whom was a renowned portrait artist, I am driven by a deep connection to the past.

As an honors graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, I channeled my passion for character and  storytelling into a decade-long career as a director and screenwriter in New York, San Francisco, London, and Los Angeles. This multifaceted experience has led me down a new path where I can explore characters through a direct relationship with the canvas using charcoal as a medium.
