Ines Blesilda “Bessie”
Jacinto grew up painting and writing in the
Philippines. She worked as an IT Manager
in the US while serving on the Board of art and literary organizations in
California and Hawaii. Bessie has experimented with oil, pastel, watercolor and mixed media techniques while
participating in local, national and international art shows. She strives to share the joy from appreciation of both natural and man-made beauty.
