MFA from Pratt Institute of Technology, International and National exhibitions, Multiple awards from IPA PX3 Lucida, Artavita and many others. Published in Graphis, Fine Art Magazine,International Photography and others, I am a storyteller working with themes of individual personal conflict as well as the erosion and conflict in nature
The images I create are visual narratives, dialogues focusing on the experience and the divergent nature of the human Lifecycle. The imagery is meant to elicit the same emotional response as memories while commenting on the common human response to look for symbolism in the events that impact us.
Memories, these personal moments in time, remind us of our past, sustain us through our present, and guide our future. Often conflicting, sometimes untrustworthy, these memories spark emotions and remind us of innocence, passions, desires, heartbreak, and losses, which become our personally curated history.
Concerned with maintaining quality and print longevity, each piece is printed with archival pigments on a variety of substrates, including handmade Japanese Kozo paper and Exhibition paper
