I'm 48 years old. I've always been ,misunderstood. So to speak. I'm a survivor, of a long life of drug addiction. That my mother introduced me too at a very young age of 8 . While growing up . I loved painting so very much and really anything I could do to express myself . To be heard. I would get badly punished for doing any kind of art at times. Thank God for my grandmother . Autie Davis , she was an amazing artist that let me paint and express myself and often helped me get paid for painting as a young girl. I believe I was 12 when she had me painting on big trucks and ball fields around our home town . I have sold 5 paintings of landscapes and churches in the last 3 years. I hadn't painted in years and then I found myself going through a life changing event and started back. I couldn't afford canvas or paint so I often use cardboard sheet rock tractor disc's anything I could find. I absolutely love to paint sometimes it's the only expression I have that others understand . I hope you feel what I'm feeling and are able to absorb the true emotions that are in my paintings. I hope you feel all you can from anything I paint. That would be everything to me. For me to help someone feel,live .... love....and laugh..
