Pino Ferreri was born in 1950 in Catanzaro, Italy. As a young boy he demonstrated a predisposition for singing and art. Pino’s love of art and artistic skills were further enhanced and influenced by his artistic cousin, Angelo DeSiena.
​At the age of twenty-three, in order to pursue his dreams, he moved to New York. Pino always carried the memories of the beautiful places he saw as a child with family and friends. Thus, his choice for many of his paintings reflect these memories and experiences. In the past twenty years, his artistic career is a true testament that reflects the beauty of Calabria and of Italy.
​Pino’s artwork also projects what entices his eyes to paint. His paintings bring pleasure to those who love art and need variety. His art has become a magical journey. The paintings reflect perspectives, where shades of color express harmonious elegance. His landscapes are depicted in a real way with particular attention to different shades of shadows and colors.
