Born in 1970 in Eskişehir, the artist completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Eskişehir; she graduated from Anadolu University, Bilecik Vocational High School, Ceramics Department in 1992. The artist, who received her primary art education here, did not stay away from her interest in painting and continued her painting. The artist, who settled in Antalya in 1998, established her workshop under the name of Fener Art Workshop in 2001. She continues her studies in her workshop. While continuing her painting studies, she graduated from Anadolu University Open Education Faculty Public Relations (Associate degree) and Business Administration (undergraduate).

The seven personal exhibitions it has held so far has participated in many domestic and international group exhibitions, fairs, events, and biennials. Seher Eyri Genc has her works in some institutions and private collections.
