Rita Gaiziunaite-Kapoutsi is a professional Lithuanian artist living and working between Germany, Greece, and Lithuania. She works in a variety of techniques, including alcohol inks on special Japanese synthetic paper, texture paste, acrylics, oils, and epoxy resin. Her art is inspired by nature, light, and the harmony of colors – Rita consciously chooses an aesthetic and peaceful direction, believing that art should heal, inspire, and bring inner calm rather than amplify chaos.
Her works have been exhibited internationally in Switzerland, Germany, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, Grenada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. They have also received recognition and awards in international competitions such as Golden Time Talent (UK), Best Art Awards (Honorable Mention in the Nature/Landscape category, 2023 and 2024), and the Circle Foundation Art Ideal Book Contest (Finalist, 2025). In 2025, she participated in the ARTBOX.PROJECT Palma 3.0 at Casa del Arte, Spain.
She is a member of the Eurasian Artists’ Union and the Professional Artists’ Union (PSDR), as well as a curator at the international art school ARTMODERN.
Rita’s goal is to expand her creative presence internationally, especially in the United States, and to share her artworks filled with light, harmony, and vitality with audiences worldwide.
This portfolio presents a selection of my recent artworks that explore the harmony of light and nature through abstract landscapes. Working with alcohol inks, texture paste, and mixed media on Japanese synthetic paper and canvas, I create vibrant compositions where water, earth, and sky merge into poetic unity. My aim is to share artworks that inspire peace, inner balance, and a deeper connection with the natural world.

It evokes the quiet beauty of dawn, when light slowly awakens the world and reveals harmony between earth and sky. Morning Radiance symbolizes new beginnings, inner peace, and the promise carried by the first rays of the day.
