I received great exposure to the fine arts having grown up close to Manhattan where I was exposed to museums. My highschool art teacher pushed me to explore and improve the skills. I studied and achieved a B.S in fine arts in college and then enrolled in classes at the School of Visual Arts in N.Y. Thereafter I gained my teachers certification and Masters and taught art for 17 years for K - 12. I like all of it! Oils, acrylic, printmaking and illustrating !
