When I decided to give a part of my life to art more than 40 years ago, for a long time oil painting was for a long time my favourite medium. In order ton find a new way which would give more liberty to the medium, I turned myself to vernigraphie. Later, I discovered the mystery of soft pastel, so nice to handle and so rich in colours. Since a dozen of years I have been introduced to etching: a new world which is much more than a hard work to get contrast between black and white: But my last love is inks where the interaction between inks and paper give some marvellous results.
