Johanne is from Canada.  She is leaving now in Mexico where she established her studio and paint full time like profesional artist since 2005.

She learn from art class also from books and other artists which help her to find her own style. Painting in oil first for the vibrant  colors of her landscapes and her wildflowers and flowers in a vase. Later she start to paint abstract in acrylics with softer colors. She like to paint directly on the canvas with brush or palette knife. 

Feeling-intuition , spontaneous-modern style and vivid colors are representative of her art. Also She like to paint with neutral colors for special subjects or collections. 

You can recognize her art by her steady and energetic brush strokes or you can feel the delicate movement in some painting as well as the loose style of her trees and flowers. 

Her goal like artist is to connect with art lovers who recognize how art make them to feel joy and freedom.
